• All deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment authorization
• Free delivery is provided upon the purchase of Rs.2000 or above.
• We will endeavor to deliver orders within 3 to 5 working days subject to provision of a valid address. However, force majeure events might delay or render impossible any deliveries
• No dispatches can be made on weekends, gazetted holidays and outside normal business hours
• In case of COD (cash on delivery), delivery shall only be made against cash payment in full
• In case of payment made through credit/debit card, order will be processed after 48 hours of payment captured time
• In case of order cancellation after dispatch, refund will only be processed once we receive the return shipment from the specific courier (Applicable to Credit/Debit Card orders only)
